My Approach

Are you longing to feel seen, heard, understood, and accepted by the people you love?

In a world brimming with endless distractions and disconnection, it’s completely natural to feel a bit overwhelmed and purposeless. At times like these, seeking therapy can be a wonderful opportunity to take a breather and carve out a nurturing space to reconnect with your own needs, your relationships, and your family.

Our work together starts by fostering an atmosphere that’s as welcoming and cozy as a friend’s living room – a place where you and your loved ones can comfortably navigate life’s twists and turns. Together, we’ll embark on a journey through your experiences, both past and present, and chart a fresh course ahead, one characterized by acceptance, kindness, and meaningful transformation.

My utmost priority is to guide you and your loved ones away from those old, tiresome patterns that may have left you feeling disheartened, and guide you toward a new pattern that cultivates a sturdy foundation of love, security, and self-assuredness within your relationships and within yourself.

My practice includes working couples/relationships, parent-child, families, adolescents (12+), and individuals. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities.

Therapy is a way to honor your own experiences, love yourself, and invest in your relationships with those you love. When you and loved ones fully engage in the process of therapy, improvement and long-lasting change is inevitable. I would be honored to walk alongside you in this process.

I see clients via telehealth using a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform in both Colorado and Washington state. I have availability Monday-Friday (including evenings) and am currently offering limited sliding-scale rates. Schedule a free 15-minute virtual consultation to connect with me and learn more.
